“ My new favorite kbbq spot in Washington, hands down! Came here on a Thursday evening with a party of three and got seated right away. You're able to pick from two menu options, with the premium one being $55 and the normal one being $45. We opted for the latter. You can order three meats at a time and unlimited sides, and each meat portion is on the smaller side, which is great because it allows you to really try out a lot of different kinds of meat on the menu. Everything we ordered tasted great and the meat quality was definitely top tier, but my favorite by far is the pork belly. Service was nothing short of exceptional. Our server was super attentive and friendly and the food came out fast each time. I'd add another star for the excellent service if I could. Would definitely come back - highly recommended! ”
“ Seoul Meat and Co - AYCE $48pp or $55pp with additional protein selections your choice. We chose to go with the $48pp. Service is A+ here and the ambiance is great for families and gatherings. They have an EXCELLENT array of side dish choices. We went with the steamed egg, soon tofu soup, cheese fondue (dip meat,) corn cheese, cucumber salad, onion salad, garlic jalapenos and soybean paste, and veggies. For meats, we chose sirloin (I wouldn't recommend the steak to be honest- I'd just stick to the choices of briskets and pork bellies,) brisket, and beef tongue. The beef tongue here is thinly sliced and just right. Pork bellies - we cut the truffle Parmesan, green tea, and pork jowl. To eat the meats properly- to get that FULL bite and OOMPH of flavor- I suggest to eat as shown in my picture. Pink radish wrap, garlic, jalapeno, dip meat in your choice of sauce, and add onion salad. Enjoy. The prices are steep. For two people $48pp and one raspberry wine- we paid +$70 each with tip. Good is well worth it though. HIGHLY recommend. The servers are on point! ”
“ Hold up fair warning this place raised their prices to $55 a person not including tip so beware. The stand outs like the og avengers are the steak, brisket, beef tongue, pork jowl, onion salad and asado. Rule 1 at ayce is veggies and meat only so if you ain't doing this i can't help you. Place made sure my ass could never go vegan but dam wait for 6 people was 1+ hr so it do be popping. Def bulk approved but get you a girlie that pays for it if you can cause it'll dent the wallet. Also check your water cause we found a maggot and the guy just chucked it to the side and gave us a new cup. So kinda sus ”
“ We were there when it was just opened. The wait was unbelievable, like hours and half wait, but the food was great, same as service. Last Thursday, I went again with a coworker. It was 5:30pm, no wait. The menu changed, had 2 choices, one standard and the other with 2 other special cut of beef. We did the special one. We did only beef. Meat quality is still good. The 2 special cut of beef was amazing. All side dishes were great, and so many to choose from. We did not even tried everything, not even half of them. Service is great as last time. Very friendly, and attentive. Towards the end of our meal, it probably was getting busy, we did feel we have been rushed to pay the bill so they can have our table. That's why the 4 stars. If not for that "rush", it would have been a 5 stars. We were there for about a little over an hour, not like we have been there for hours and it's only 2 of us, not a big party. ”
“ Came here for a birthday celebration with a party of 6 on a Saturday around 6pm. We probably waited for around 45 mins. Seoul Meat Co is AYCE KBBQ, and they have 2 different tiers. The first tier is $48 per person, and the second tier is $55 per person, and includes asado, which is an additional meat cut I think. My party opted for the $48 tier, which still had plenty of menu options to choose from. You can order 3 meats at a time, and an unlimited amount of sides per order. I personally think I have a pretty high standard for KBBQ as I lived in LA for some time, but Seoul Meat Co impressed me with their meat quality and taste. We tried a bunch of different cuts, but my personal favorite was the marinated short rib - would definitely recommend getting this. They also had a good variety of sides, including kimchi jjigae, steamed egg, japchae, etc. Service was friendly and they were pretty good about proactively checking if you want to order anything else. My only gripe is the price, which I consider fairly expensive, but I think you get what you pay for. I probably wouldn't come here a ton to not break the bank, but this is definitely a great place for a celebration or to treat yourself. ”
